Stunning 1970s lilac dress using a flowing chiffon over a satin under dress. This floor sweeping gown has spaghetti straps and a three tiered skirt. Included with this dress is a velvet ribbon belt held with one cotton loop each side of the waist and a chiffon cape/bolero which fastens at the back. The dress itself is fastened with a zip and is perfect for summer!
